RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The guardian of student dog acknowledges and understands that he/she is allowing said dog to train at ARF at his/her own risk. Tony La Russa’s Animal Rescue Foundation and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable, and the guardian expressly releases and waives any claim of liability, for personal/bodily injury or damages, property damage, or any other type of damage including injury to pet, or for any loss of injury to person or property of pet. This waiver/release is in tended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injury or damage and/or property loss or damages sustained by guardian. Guardian also expressly agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Tony La Russa’s Animal Rescue Foundation from any and all claims arising out of visits by said dog of guardian including any and all claims by third parties for loss of or injury or damage to person or property and/or loss of or injury or damage to pet.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: I understand that I will not receive a refund if my dog is dismissed from any class because it does not meet the Prerequisites for the class entered. I understand that I will not receive a refund if my dog does not attend all classes in the session once my registration is confirmed. If the minimum enrollment for a class is not met three (3) days prior to the first class session, the class will be cancelled. We will notify you three (3) days before the class was scheduled to begin to see if you would like to enroll in an alternative class, receive credit toward a future class, or receive a full refund. Refunds can be provided if we are notified at least seven (7) days before the first class session. Refunds can be credit card refunds, checks (if fee was paid be check), or credit toward a future class.

ATTENDENCE: The first class of our manners courses, AKC CGC prep class and Unleash the Madness: Good Dogs with Bad Attitudes is an orientation. The orientation is an important class filled with all the information you will need to help succeed in training. Attendance to the orientation is mandatory. If you are unable to make the orientation, please inform us so we can work with you to make other arrangements. Students who miss the orientation without making prior arrangements are assumed to have dropped out of the class, and will forfeit their class fee. If you are unable to attend a session (aside from orientation) please contact the class instructor to obtain the class material. Our classes are taught in a series; therefore, drop-ins and make-up classes are not permitted.

If, at any time, the trainer judges that a dog or handler is jeopardizing the safety of people or other dogs in the class, the trainer may request that the dog be removed from class.

Requirements

• All adult dogs must arrive with proof of parvo/distemper and rabies vaccination within one (1) year (three (3) year rabies is acceptable).
• Puppies must have proof of a series of three (3) DHPP vaccinations (the final one being at 14 weeks or older).
• ARF recommends bordatella for all dogs.
• Please see class description for any additional requirements or prerequisites.
